Safety Admin Accelerator™

A 12-Week Professional Development Program for Safety Administrators

The Safety Admin Accelerator™ is a structured, cohort-based program designed to build the practical skills, systems and confidence that safety administrators need to lead effective safety programs in their organizations.

Whether you're new to the role or looking to formalize your knowledge and approach, this program gives you the tools, frameworks and peer support to do the work well.

Who It's For

This program is designed for:

  • Safety administrators who are new to the role and want a strong foundation
  • Experienced administrators looking to formalize and strengthen their approach
  • HR professionals who have taken on safety responsibilities
  • Operations staff transitioning into a safety-focused role
  • Employers who want to invest in the development of their safety team
  • Individuals preparing for a career in occupational health and safety

How It Works

Cohort-Based Learning

Learn alongside a small group of peers facing similar challenges. Cohorts are kept intentionally small to support meaningful discussion and connection.

Live Weekly Sessions

Participate in live, instructor-led sessions each week. Sessions are recorded for participants who need flexibility.

Applied Assignments

Complete practical assignments that connect directly to your own workplace. You build real deliverables as you go.

Ongoing Support

Access resources, templates and instructor support throughout the program — not just during sessions.

Six Learning Phases

Foundations of Safety Administration

Understanding the role, responsibilities and legal framework of a safety administrator in Canadian workplaces.
